Made by Hand, Worth the Wait
Pieces from each Billiard Boys collection are finished by hand. Rather than pulling your order off a warehouse shelf, we take the time to complete each piece with care before it ships. Because of this, orders typically take 1β2 weeks on average to ship.
Every Piece Is One of a Kind
Because each garment is finished by hand, no two pieces come out exactly the same. You may notice slight differences in graphic placement, color, distressing, or finish compared to the photos or to another customer's piece. These variations are intentional. They give every piece a personal touch and make yours truly your own.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Processing: 1β2 weeks on average while your piece is finished by hand. Busy periods, such as collection launches, may take slightly longer.
- Transit: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3β7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Orders With Multiple Items
If your order includes several pieces, we may ship them together once everything is complete, or send them separately so you aren't kept waiting. You'll receive tracking for each package.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item, and we'll help make it right.
